Drop Off

• One of our trained service advisors will provide you with a detailed written estimate and description of the repairs
• We will arrange the rental vehicle for you
• Rental vehicles are available at the local Enterprise location.

In Process

• We provide continuous customer contact to keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle during the repair process
  
• Horn's utilizes advanced frame dimensioning systems with computerized printouts to guarantee accurate repairs
• Sophisticated quality control systems and standard operating procedures prevent rework and reduce repair times
• Advanced PPG paint systems with color match ensure that you receive the highest quality refinishing and recapture the factory look of your vehicle

Delivery

• Your vehicle is washed, vacuumed and quality checked before delivery
  
• From time to time we will call customers to make sure that their expectations were met and that they are completely satisfied with the repairs done to their vehicle
  
• Horn's guarantees all work and protects you with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all performed collision repair work

Horn's Collision Center takes great care to insure that every repair meets the industry’s standards for quality and precision, which is why we offer every customer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on every collision repair performed at our centers. We’re committed to your complete satisfaction and will do what it takes to make sure you’re happy with your vehicle.

Highlights of Horn's Limited Warranty include:

• Horn's warrants the repairs against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the Customer owns the vehicle.
• Horn's will repair or replace any parts, which prove to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for related parts or labor. If the vehicle is outside Horn’s market area, the warranty repairs may be performed at any repair facility nationwide that is approved in advance by Horn's Collision Center.
